    Ok so I'm working on keeping this up ...
    I'm feeling much better after being sick the last two weeks but still not a 100% yet.
    so today i kept things light...

    Kettlebell training....

    I've been working on a new trick with the jump rope.
    I started doing it on a BOSU ball to make it harder... and it is ;-)
    So to practice I started with 5 mins of bosu + J.R.

    then did over head squats for 20 reps.

    Warm up done ...
    Start the work ...
    One arm swings
    24kg 20right/20left (20/20)
    32kg 20/20

    One arm jerks
    24kg 10/10
    32kg 10/10
    40kg 10/10

    Renagade Rows
    2 x 32kg 20 reps
    2 x 40kg 20reps
    2 x 32kg 20reps


    I get cut short today couse of time...
    I felt good. Just a little weak from being sick.
    I still had a lot more things i had to do on my workout program ..
    But I need to cut myself some slack for now ;-)

    Other things--
    I still need to get a lot of paper work done. Should be done by the weekend.
    I dont think I'm doing much this year for the 25th.
    Just don't have the money right now.

    Warm ups done .. now for the work.

    Snatches ( practice day)

    16kg x 10reps right/ 10 reps Left x 1
    24kg x 10 / 10 x 1set
    32kg x 5/5 x 8sets (40 reps in all)

    Squats with two kettelebells (Light day)

    2 x 12kg x 10 reps x 1set
    2 x 16kg x 10 reps x 1set
    2 x 12kg x 10reps x 1 set
    2 x 16kg x 10reps x 1set

    Farmers hold with two 40kg bells for max time x 2 sets
    Hindu Push up's BW x 25 x1
    then I goofed around with some things I've been working on for llike 5 mins.
    hung from the pull up bar for my back and I was done.
    Nice light day.
    small tear on my left hand becouse my form is a little rusty right now and I tried to use too much strength. It should be ok by the next workout i think.

    well I don't always know what to say. I'm taking things slow and trying to heal up from being sick. I've also had to take tme off to wok on other things for the shool. My wife Natalia helps so much. I don't know what I would do without her ;-)

    With the new look for the website now up and the ads for next year almost done I can start training again and get into a good program. I'm still looking for someone to training with about 3 time a week. But for right now I'm training with my wife. She gets tuffer every year ;-)
    But I do need a sparring partner to work with. It's kind of hard to sparr with your wife... They know when you sleep :-(
    Mostly I need someone my size or bigger. Right now that person is hard to find.

    Life...
    Life is going good for the most part. I do have flashes of missing MN. I know I needed to get the hell out away from the people I had around me to grow a little more. And you know .... It wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be :-)
    I guess it was one of two things ..
    1) I was too clever to fail
    2) I was too dumb to stop trying
    or
    3) a little of both

    Jumping on the BOSU for 5mins.
    Snatches :
    16kg @2mins x 1 set
    24kg @2mins x 1set
    32kg @2mins x 1set
    24kg @5mins x 1set
    Rested, at most, 2mins between sets.

    stand on BOSU eyes closed: 1 min
    BOSU one leg stand 1min each leg.

    1 arm swings: 40kg x 20/20 x 3sets

    Bosu superman x 10 x 2
    Get up sit up with two KB:
    2 x 16kg x 5reps x 1
    2 x 24kg x 5reps x 1

    Done

    I think I need to write that I just put my kettlebell training down on my blogs and not my Martial arts training as it would take me too long to write it all out.

    I've been going nutts triing to put a KB cert together here in spain for 3 or 4 months now. I think we almost have it done now. Looks like we'll be doing it with Steve Cotter and will happen next year sometime (I'll let you know).
    Still working out the little stuff with Steve. But the things I can tell you are ... each person that goes to our cert gets a free gift for going. Four kettlebells, one of each waight 12kg, 16kg, 24kg, 32kg... We'll help people set up shipping and they will get them after the course is done. I think we can fit 35 people to the place we are having it. so the cut off is like 30 to 35 people. we should have people from alover coming to this thing if we do it right.

    I've been look at friends programs and seeing how much they've gone up over the last year... wow !
    I need to get back on the hourse quick. One guy I know just did jerks with 2 24kg bells for 103 reps the other day. I'm such a puss!
    But on the other hand ...
    This time getting back into things I am happy to say I haven't lost that much... I don't think.
    the 5 mins with the 24 for snatches felt good.. not hard at all.
    so I think I should be up to speed in no time.

    Life is going well. I do need to meet some new ppeople out here. I could use a friend or two to chat with and hang out. I miss good friends sometimes.
    you know another things I've missed is fishing ! I haven't been fishing in like over 5 years :-(
    Camping is one I miss as well. I'll have to try and make a camping trip next year.

    who knows... might work?
