    What Is This For ?….
All drills done on this list are to help both holders and hitters with the basic understanding of drills and reactions for Thai-boxing classes and training. All the drills can and should be changed to fit the persons training needs. Drill rounds are meant to give the persons body the reputations to pull off the technique under fatigue and stress ( light & heavy) at the same time working in different ranges though out the round.

The first way a student will be trained is to start with kicking drills then go to any knee drill he or she knows then right into a boxing/elbow drill and continue this order till the round is done. With time both holder and hitter will become faster with each drill.
